Hello Linsford families,
Thank you for your ongoing patience and support as we do our best to operate without our beloved support staff.
We appreciate all who have been utilizing the online attendance form. This has been super helpful to reduce the number of office phone calls in the morning. Please continue to use this form as soon as you know about your child's absence.
It was a time change today, so be sure to move your clocks ahead by one hour.
Tomorrow (March 10) is a PD day and there is NO SCHOOL for students. We look forward to seeing everyone back at school on Tuesday, March 11.
SAVE THE DATE: We are excited to announce that we will be taking our Grade 1-6 students to the Little Mermaid on Thursday, March 20 at Covenant Christian School. The cost will be $5 per student or volunteer. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact your child's teacher. We have a limited number of seats, so not all volunteers will be able to attend. Permission forms will come out towards the end of this week.

ASSEMBLY UPDATE
The pictures below are the prize winners from Friday's assembly. Our theme for the month of March is Cooperation/Teamwork. We have a Kindness Challenge in our school and we have filled our first chart of 100 kind acts. You can see a photo of the chart with the prize winners highlighted in purple. Prizes will be handed out this week.
FLOOR HOCKEY UPDATE
Our floor hockey teams are all excited to play in the upcoming Black Gold tournaments. All three teams are currently practicing and having lots of fun. There are practices at lunch and after school. The after school practices along with the tournament dates are in the schedule below for your convenience. Thank you to Mrs. Culp, Ms. Archie, and Mr. McDonald for coaching!

Hot Lunch orders are ready for February and you can order any time.
