10 03 25 update

Hello Linsford families,

As you are aware, there is a teacher strike starting on Monday, October 6. Schools are closed for the duration of the strike. All teacher related instruction, conferences, meetings, or school events will be cancelled or rescheduled. At the end of the strike, communication will be sent out with calendar updates on rescheduled items. To stay up-to-date on the strike, please defer to any communication sent directly from Black Gold via email. You can also view the most current job action information on the Black Gold website under the Labour Action Updates tab.

Our wonderful support staff team will be working at the school doing a variety of tasks while the school is closed. Communication from the school will be quite minimal during job action, but our office ladies may reach out to those of you who have not yet completed verification forms.

We would like to wish everyone well during this time and look forward to returning as soon as possible.

Warmest Regards,

Mrs. Kloschinsky & Dr. Murtha-Toles

YEARBOOKS

The yearbooks from last year will have a late fall delivery. As a reminder, we had to switch yearbook companies in the last week of June, which delayed our delivery. Our yearbook team has been working hard to change to the new platform. We hope you will be as excited as we are by the final product. We will provide you with a date as soon as we have one.

SCHOOL PHOTOS

We had a very successful school photo day. Each child brought home a slip of paper with a QR code along with an individual 10 digit code to access the photos online. If your child was away or requires retakes, our retake day will be rescheduled for when schools reopen. If you have any questions or are missing your QR code, please contact the office staff.
