February 15, 2026
Hello Linsford Families,
We would like to send out best wishes for a wonderful Family Day weekend. Enjoy the extra time with family tomorrow and we look forward to seeing everyone back on Tuesday, February 17.
It looks like our mild temperatures will be taking a pause, please ensure to send warm gear with your child(ren) this week as we try to go outside as much as possible.
We have a winter olympics activity afternoon planned for Friday, February 20. We aim to be outside for a few stations and inside for a couple as well. Please ensure your child(ren) is dressed for warmth and activity.
Have a wonderful week!
Warmest Regards,
Mrs. Kloschinsky & Dr. Murtha-Toles

RED, WHITE, AND PINK DRESS UP DAY
The school was a sea of red, pink, and white this past Friday and it was fun to see so many in such bright and happy colors.
ASSEMBLY HIGHLIGHTS
We have been working in cross grade teams for the past few weeks in assembly as students prepare for the school winter olympic activity afternoon. They are learning fun facts about the olympics as well as how to work in a team to create team cheers and do other tasks. There is a big emphasis on problem solving and leadership. A few weeks ago each group leader participated in a draw to get their "country". This past week, the students all worked together to cut and trace each other's hands to create an olympic ring display.
GRADE ONE OLYMPIC PE FUN
Our grade one students had some fun PE Olympic adventures this past week. They were so very excited!
