06 25 26 update

Hello Linsford Families,

Thank you for a wonderful year! It is always fun to look back and reflect on all the growth, learning, events, and adventures that happen over the course of a year. It was definitely a year that was jam-packed.

We ended the year with a wonderful fun day event, and then of course the spray park and the outdoor pool were enjoyed on one of the few sunny days of the year on our last day. It was a great way to wrap up the year.

We would like to add a special thank you to all the volunteers who came to help throughout the year. An extra shout-out of THANKS and kudos goes out to our playground group (Carrie-Sam, Linnea, Ali, and Tehl)! They have shown incredible drive and dedication to bring this multi-year project that was started with them and other amazing volunteers, to fruition. We are excited to announce that the new playground is ordered and the build is tentatively scheduled for August 31. So exciting! See the parent section for a sneak peak image of one of the playground sites.

Looking ahead to the fall, we can't wait to see all our families on August 26 from 4:30 - 6:30 pm for our welcome back event. Students and parents will get to see the classrooms, drop off school supplies, and say hello to the staff.

The first day of school for our Gr. 1-6 students is August 27. EIPK and Kindergarten families will receive emails from the school with their staggered entry days, their year calendar, and their official first day.

The office is closed for the summer, but will reopen for any questions you may have on August 20 at 8:30 am. Additional information can be found on the LPS website on the parent tab under our Summer & September Information page. You can find the information at THIS DIRECT LINK as well.

We wish everyone a fabulous summer!

Warmest Regards,

Mrs. Kloschinsky & Dr. Murtha-Toles
